Urban iki.com considers careful handling of personal data important. Therefore, we shall carefully process and protect personal data. In doing so, we comply with the personal data processing requirements set out in the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). OGK Europe BV is the data controller for the processing operations. In this privacy statement we explain which personal data we collect and use, and for which purposes.
Because our data processing operations fall within the scope of the legal exemption regulations, these are not registered with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (CBP).

Recording personal data
By using our website you will leave certain data with us. This may include personal data. Personal data can be provided in an active and passive manner. Actively providing data involves data that you enter on our website or send us by email. In addition, data may be automatically stored on the website, sometimes without your being aware of it. In that case, data is provided in a passive manner. This privacy statement specifies which personal data that has been actively and passively submitted is processed and for what purposes.
We delete data that is no longer required. You have the right to request access to and correction or removal of your personal data. To prevent fraud and/or abuse we may request you to adequately identify yourself.
Customer data/placing orders
We store customer data that is necessary for the performance of the (purchase) agreement you enter into with us. Consider for example your name, your address details, your email address and data required for certain payment methods. This data will be linked to the specific order data of that moment. We use this data to deliver your order, to process payments and to contact you, if necessary, about the performance of the agreement.
Registration
To get the most from our website, it is possible to register. Following registration, we will keep the data you have entered, such as your name, address, city, telephone number and email address. We keep this information so that you do not need to enter it again, so that we can contact you in connection with the performance of the agreement, if necessary, and so that we can show you an overview of your orders.
Email and newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will regularly send you our e-mail newsletter based on your consent according to Art. 6 (1) 1 lit. a) GDPR, using the data required or disclosed by you separately for this purpose.
You may unsubscribe from the newsletter service at any time. For this purpose you can either send a message to the contact option specified below or use the opt-out link in the newsletter. Upon unsubscription, we will delete your email address unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your data or we reserve the right to further use your personal data in the scope and manner permitted by the law, of which we inform you in this notice.
The subscriber file of the newsletter and the other emails are not disclosed to third parties.
E-mail advertising if you do not subscribe to the newsletter and your right to opt out
If we receive your e-mail address in connection with the sale of a product or service and you have not opted out and you are not a consumer who has his habitual residence in Poland, we reserve the right to regularly email you offers for products from our product range that are similar to those you have already purchased. This serves the protection of our legitimate interests in promoting and advertising our products to customers that are overriding in the process of balancing of interests.
You can opt out of this use of your email address at any time by sending a message to the contact option specified below or by using the opt-out link in the advertising email, without incurring any costs beyond the cost of transfer calculated at the base rates.
Disclosure to third parties
We will not disclose your information to third parties, unless this is required under the agreement you have entered into with us or when legally required. For example, we provide your address details to the deliverer we have engaged, so that they can deliver the ordered product to you. In case of suspicion of fraud or abuse of our website, we may also hand over personal data to the competent authorities.
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
Google services
On our website, we use certain Google services, which may use cookies and other technologies, such as Google Analytics, to track how users use the website. The data thus obtained is completely anonymously transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. We use the information obtained to optimise our website.
