Assemble the balance bike in 6 simple steps
Step 1: Attach the handlebar to the frame
Place the handlebar into the bike frame. Make sure the vertical stripes are fully inside the frame and the handlebar is parallel to the front weld. Tighten the bolt on top of the handlebar. Then, check if the second bolt under the handlebar is secure.
Step 2: Attach the seat to the frame
Place the seat into the bike frame. Make sure the vertical stripes are fully inside the frame. Then, tighten the seat with the Allen key.
Step 3: Turn the bike upside down and prepare the front wheel
Insert the two white bushings on both sides of the wheel. Determine the height of the bike: use the top hole(s) for younger children and the bottom hole(s) for older children.
Step 4: Attach the front wheel into the frame
Place the wheel between the fork at the chosen height and insert the axle through the selected hole and wheel. Place a washer, spring washer, and nut on both sides of the axle. Tighten the nuts using two wrenches.
Step 5: Attach the rear wheel into the frame
Repeat steps 3 and 4 to install the rear wheel. Adjust the height of the bike: use the top hole(s) for younger children and the bottom hole(s) for older children.
Step 6: Adjust the balance bike to the correct height
Now that the balance bike is assembled, adjust the handlebar and seat to the correct height using the Allen key.
Note! The vertical stripes on the handlebar and seat indicate the maximum height for both. The stripes should not be visible.
If the seat cannot be raised any higher, adjust the height of the wheel axles.
