No worries, we’ve got an easy fix! For some children, the shoulder straps can slip off while cycling – for example, due to a slippery jacket or because your little one moves them aside.
Luckily, we have a smart accessory for this! The Urban Iki seat belt clip connects the left and right shoulder straps, helping them stay neatly in place. That way, your child stays safe and comfortable on every ride.
Good to know: the position of the shoulder straps is based on European regulations, which follow average height and width measurements. But every child is different – so the standard fit may not be ideal for everyone. The seat belt clip is a simple way to adjust this for your child.

The Junior bike seat cannot be used in combination with the frame mounting bracket. This bracket can carry up to 22 kilograms, while the Junior seat can handle loads of up to 35 kilograms. Using the frame mounting bracket with the Junior seat might risk overloading it. Unlike a regular luggage rack that’s securely attached at multiple points, a frame mounting bracket is secured at just one point on the bike. This makes it less stable when carrying a load exceeding 22 kilograms. A potential solution could be to visit your local bike shop and have a suitable luggage rack installed.

Feel free to assemble and check out the product. Just don’t use it more than necessary if you’re not sure yet whether you want to keep it. The key is that the Urban Iki product you return is still in good condition and resellable. A small scratch or a bit of sand? No worries! Here’s a handy rule: Would you still buy it with a smile if you saw it discounted in a store? If yes, then it’s totally fine with us too.
Please make sure the items you return (if possible) are in the original packaging, with all packaging materials, loose parts, and the manual included.
If you return a product that doesn’t meet these conditions, we may decide, after checking it out, not to accept your return or offer you our 50% policy. This means we’ll take the product back and refund you 50% of the purchase price.
