The Junior bike seat can be used in two positions. Hop on the sturdy cushion or raise the backrest for extra comfort and support during your bike ride together.

Easy to step on with the anti-slip footrests

With the adjustable anti-slip footrests, your child can easily step on and off. Thanks to their special shape, the feet can be comfortably and safely placed on them, no matter what bike you have! And when not in use, you can easily fold them in so they don’t stick out.

Easy to swap with other MIK accessories

More and more bikes are equipped with an integrated MIK HD system in the rear rack, allowing you to quickly switch between different MIK accessories. At Urban Iki, we believe in the convenience of this system, which is why we’ve developed special MIK HD rear seats that can be clicked directly on these racks. No mounting materials or tools needed!

Please note: the MIK HD system is not the same as the regular MIK system. MIK Heavy Duty is specifically designed to support the extra weight that comes with a child seat.

Complete your bike ride with handy accessories! The MIK HD rear seat can only be used on a second bike that also has a MIK HD luggage carrier.

Especially for bikes without spoke protection, we have developed foot protectors for the Junior bike seat. This way, you can ride even more safely!

The XL foot clamps are designed for bikes with a rear fork diameter of 23–31 mm. The foot clamps that come standard with the Junior bike seat are for rear forks with a diameter of 16–24 mm. The foot clamps are used to attach the footrests.

A helmet is only safe if it is actually worn. Our sturdy children’s bike helmets are comfortable, lightweight, and stylish, making your bike ride complete. Available in 3 different sizes.

Mounting guide Does it fit my bike?

Your bike is suitable for the rear seat with MIK HD mounting if it has a MIK HD luggage carrier. A MIK HD luggage carrier always meets the EN ISO 11243:2016 safety standard. You can recognize a MIK HD carrier by the letters ‘MIK HD’ on it. Note: just ‘MIK’ is not the right system. Read more in this blog about the specifications your bike must meet.
