Easyfix: for an easily removable bike seat

All Urban Iki bike seats are easy to use and easy to install on your bike yourself. Even if you have two left hands you can effortlessly attach a rear seat to your luggage rack thanks to this system. All you have to do is put the seat on your luggage rack and tighten the knob. This provides a sturdy attachment that is just as reliable and safe as our other bike seats. And the beauty is that the bike seats are just as easy to demount, so you can use your luggage rack again for things like groceries.

How Easyfix works

Easyfix seats work almost the same as our other bike seats for carrier mounting. The secret is that the mounting frame – which needs to be attached to your luggage rack first in carrier mounting – is integrated into the seat. This saves you one step, and you only need to tighten the seat with the robust rotary knob. And when you remove the seat, there is no mounting frame left behind, so your luggage rack is completely free when you go out without your little explorer for a change. Another advantage is that the Easyfix rear seats also fit on narrower luggage racks than seats with our regular rack mounting, starting from a width of 11 cm.
