Urban Iki products are designed, developed and made according to high standards for quality and safety. Our engineers in Japan test all of our products exhaustively. We want to bring you the best possible products. Urban Iki seats are tested and approved according to the high European standard EN14344 by the independent German Institute TUV. We want you to enjoy the Urban Iki products. If, despite our care for quality and safety, you encounter any problems; please contact us. Do the Urban Iki bicycle seats comply with the safety regulations?

Urban Iki products have been developed and manufactured according to the highest quality standards. The Urban Iki bicycle seats have been tested according to the highest applicable European standard EN 14344 and are TUV approved.

Do I have a warranty on a secondhand Urban Iki bicycle seat?

No, there is no warranty on a secondhand Urban Iki bicycle seat. We also can’t guarantee the quality and safety of the bicycle seat.

My Urban Iki bicycle seat is broken. What should I do?

A bicycle seat is a safety product. Don’t take the risk that something might happen and contact our Customer Service or your local Urban Iki dealer as soon as possible to find the right solution.

I have lost a part for my Urban Iki bicycle seat. Can I get a new one?

Yes, you can buy a lost accessory or part in our online shop or you can visit your local Urban Iki dealer. If you can’t order a certain part or accessory, please contact our Customer Service.

Do I have a warranty period on my Urban Iki bicycle seat?

Yes. We issue a two-year warranty on your Urban Iki bike seat. This warranty period enters into effect on the date of purchase as stated on the receipt. Store this receipt safely to be able to make use of this warranty.

When is my warranty excluded?

Your warranty is excluded in the following cases:
• Improper use of the product other than stated in the user manual.
• Not offering the product with the original receipt within the warranty period.
• Repairs performed on the Urban Iki bicycle seat by third parties
• Any defect that is the result of improper, careless use or maintenance, negligence or accident.
• Normal wear and tear of components that is to be expected in the daily use of a product.
