For a safe and secure experience during those very first bike rides, we have developed the Urban Iki bike helmet. This comfortable children’s bike helmet makes every ride a worry-free adventure!

Our stylish black color, Bincho Black, is inspired by Japanese Binchō-tan, a special type of charcoal used in rituals that symbolizes strength and protection. Perfect for your little one to enjoy the most wonderful adventures with you on the bike!

Our children’s bike helmets are comfortable, lightweight, and subtly designed, making them a must-have for your child. After all, a helmet is only safe when it’s actually worn. With the simple rotary knob, you can adjust the helmet so that it fits perfectly on your child’s head, even for the littlest ones!

Soft padding and good ventilation
The mesh padding on the inside provides necessary ventilation and keeps dust, dirt, and bugs out. Additionally, the padding inside the helmet provides a soft and comfortable feel. The helmet is easy to put on and take off with a secure and easy-to-use click system at the chin.

Extra safe: sturdy in-mould construction

The Urban Iki helmet features a sturdy in-mould construction that offers excellent shock-absorbing performance. This production method ensures that the helmet is both lightweight and extra-strong. The best of both worlds! The Urban Iki bike helmet meets the high-quality standards of the European standard EN1078.

Every child deserves to grow up in a healthy, green environment! That’s why we look ahead to the future of our planet, and back at our little ones in their safe bike seats. We assemble all our products locally in our energy-neutral building in Nijverdal, located in the east of the Netherlands. We use smart packaging, reuse materials, invest in cycling as a means of transportation, and manufacture products that are recyclable.

We see it as our responsibility to take good care of the people around us. That’s why Urban Iki aims to improve local employment. We offer jobs within our team for people who are distanced from the job market and also collaborate with the social workplace nearby. Here, many accessories and semi-finished products are assembled every day with the greatest care.
